I first purchased Rapid Rope the evening they appeared on Shark Tank. I bought it for myself, my so and my 2 sons-in-law. All of us love the product! I recently finished off mine, so I went online and ordered 2 refills. Somehow that order was lost in shipment and never arrived. I contacted Rapid Rope customer service and they re-shipped my order. That order arrived as expected. I don't know if the original shipment will ever arrive, but if it does I'll contact them and arrange to pay for the second shipment. Good company and great service!

can't seem to find Rope in Canisters in Australia anymore so it was great dealing with a small family owned business in Idaho; once the shipping was sorted the product arrived in good time and was of excellent quality.
